Forgot to mention some SNES classics like TMNT Turtles in Time, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Super Mario All-Stars, Super Metroid, All the Donkey Kong Countries, and many many more. One underrated one was “Claymates”. Definitely not super popular but ahead of its time and really fun.

The Super Nintendo is definitely my favorite console of all time. So many great games that are still fun today.

I haven't played a lot of the more recent amazing single player games, like last of us. I just don't have much time for them anymore and all of my gaming time goes towards fighting games. Some older games I want to go back and play like Final Fantasy 6 or Chrono Trigger, that I regrettably didn't play a lot, would probably make my list free if I did.

A large amount of my time as a kid went into games like rampage world tour, or sonic adventure 1 and 2, but I just didn't feel like they were the best games looking back. All the games I listed I can go back and play.

Btw if you haven't played Dragon Quest 8 you're fucking up. My favorite ps2 game free and the ps2 had a ridiculous library.

By sheer play time, League of Legends technically could make the list as I played it religiously from closed beta through like season 6/7. Then I realized I fucking hate that game and just like playing certain characters so.. straight in the bin.

Tabletop Simulator is also a contender, but it's less Tabletop Simulator and more being able to play Magic the Gathering without having to pay hundreds of dollars annually and not having to gather a group of friends together physically to play tabletop stuff.

But by far the most time spent and what I'll remember the most has been in games which can't fit on the list because the experience was completely different. Mainly multiplayer with friends in games like COD2, COD4, League of Legends,....good old times.

Then all the sports games I've played a ton and still do some which don't fit either (Fifa games, F1 games,...) I'm also a sim racer so iRacing, ACC and of course all the Mortal Kombat games.
