Tom Brady's and REO's Early Injustice: GAU Tier List

Agreed looks legit, Lobo is too new tho maybe he will become better in the future, this game has a better balance than MK9, most chars besides maybe Bane and Harley seem viable, I really want brandeathstroke to be toned down a bit, make hes df 3 more negative on block so ppl wont abuse that crap.

I always said Deathstroke belongs in the Top 5 but I don't have enough tournament recognition for people not to blow me up on that statement lmao. He is a solid fuckin character m2dave your tips for the Doomsday MU were a HUGE game changer, I believe at worst that MU is 4-6 for Deathstroke.

This shit is why tier lists should never be adhered to at all. It's so subjective to people's personal opinions that it's never reliable.

Case in point: Catwoman (she is listed as an A here) is listed below Grundy, WW, Bats, Deathstroke, and Cyborg in spite of the fact that she systematically destroys all 5 of them with just one knockdown.

So take these irrelevant lists with a grain of salt people. It all depends on the players in the end.

Some people have a knack for feeling out characters and how they could be potentially. For certain super super talented players (not only REO or Tom Brady) to confirm this list it shows that they're onto something. I always believed the characters that are in that current Top 5 always belonged there. This list looks really balanced to me.

Not true man, both Deathstroke and Cyrborg can destroy Catwoman. She has to work REALLY really hard to get the set-ups shes looking for

Doesn anyone agree with me that Harley is a toned down version of Skarlet.

Just like skarlet I think she will go up the tier list as time goes on. (i hope )

- annoying zoning that does minimal damage.
- empty slide mix ups.
- standing reset. (just not as good )
- decent Oki set ups.

She just needs and awesome blockstring and amour and she will be great.

Dizzy, this is one of the most succinct summaries of the way MK9 and Injustice seem to be built. Having something very powerful to abuse is really, really fun. I actually approve of this in game design. The problem is that if you give a few characters a power that doesn't measure up to the rest of the cast, they fall behind very, very fast in these games. In SF4, as another example, the characters that could use buffs are still competitive, but need to work harder for their wins.

The NRS games feel like their balance design is done the same way as DOTA/Heroes of Newerth, and to a lesser extent MVC: give everyone something totally nuts and let people have fun with it. I know when a new hero comes out in HON, if I look at their abilities and dont see one that immediately makes me say wow, that's broken then the character completely sucks. It feels kind of the same in Injustice. All of the characters generally regarded as good at this time have something awesome.

Only when she's been pushed away full screen. And I've never lost to a cyborg EVER!!! so like I said, it depends on the players. Plus, catwoman punishes every little thing those two do on block and on reaction. I ought to know.

Tbh lantern up alone makes him damn near impossible for alot of characters to approach him... Then he has good oki tools and they get better against wake up mashing dummies.. Only bad thing about gl is his neutral game against other zoners and that can be dealt with by staying mid screen where most of your tools are effective... Despite my pic of john stewart I dont main the character nor lab with him but the times I played him ive beaten people free because of how powerful his tools are... This character is easily s tier lol.. Cyborg being the best is a big freaking joke.. If cyborg was that good then how coming I dont see him in any top 8's? Yea lol

Bane intrigues me, of all i've seen from him(videos), i have a hard time to understand what is his true potential, he seems too slow to be rushdow, zoning is out of question, and don't strike me as a grappler, if anyone can share some insight on him, would be appreciated, i find the character cool.

Footsies character with armor and range to make up for slowness but his trait is awful right now.

Plays a mean corner game too, I'd say one of the best if getting people to the corner wasn't so god damn difficult.
