Well, Sonic Fox now with the patch is going to play her (referring to Mileena). Honestly, she's an unknown at this point because we haven't seen much of her. Ravenous & Piercing are her strongest variations imo.
In general, she's more about holding onto meter for mixups while at the same time, going in & getting the lifelead with a few good pokes & then her sai game. She also thrives off of knockdowns because of F1, F12, B12, jump-in, cross ups. roll, & telekick. F1 & F12 are hitting you out of wakeups, even armor. The other options are when you dash backwards. Telekick & roll are risky, but this when you make a read & want to chance it. I would just B12 instead though since it's a safer option.
F3 is already a noticeable overhead. lol That really should be no surprise now that her overhead is that slow unless you're new to the game or the character in general. Take a Chance already mentioned most of her mixups. She's going to ex overhead you & 21, U4 you as general overheads, while using the F3 as an overhead when she has you afraid of her sais (low) or to hop over a low poke. However Ex Roll & 21,U4 is what she would use mostly. 21,U4 can be reversed with an armored attack, but lbsh. All characters have a string that hits like this & can be reversed.
