I was planning on picking up Scorpion after Evo because he looks like a lot of fun. I may get my ass kicked, but I'll definitely be using this to mix up the vortex.

sorry but there is not any vortex there and what your doing has gaps rather than his normal setups so i wouldnt advise people to do this over 112~tele, j2 or j2~tele vortex starters.
even in the corner its taking a biger risk than u need take. you dont even get free b1 nevermind the overhead,

know u said it for "swag" but even swag has to make sense, like 11 on hit gives a ij1 before opp can duck if you want to swag about

bg's d1 is 8 frames,why use that as a tester?
everyone can just backdash the low/overhead, you dont have enough frame advantage to vortex anything off 112
