Flash or Doomsday are good choices.

The recovery on IAGS is pretty good. Deathstroke will always be a good zoner.

I'd say high tier.

Flash along with other Rushdown characters have good pokes and strings. For example, The Flash's B+22 has great range, hits mid, is +3, and can be hit confirmed into a 40% combo. His B+22 is one of his best moves to approach with.
