OK real talk, Murk proved he's really good, and that he's the best Nightwing. He did well. And even in the sets he lost, he didn't look completely of his depth.
BUT
If anyone else talked the amount of pre-tournament shit he did, and made the claims he did ("killuminati," "billuminati," "I'm there to kill the illuminati," "force them on their knees," "only winning matters," "top 8 means nothing," "finishing 2nd is like finishing last," "these guys are free, what have they ever won?") only to get his back blown out by the same players he was blowing up, fail to make top 8, and then come and claim that he'll refuse to apologize, they'd be torn to pieces. This is essentially training wheels 2.0.
But for obvious reasons, he's getting a pass.
I'm not saying blow him up, because I do think he did well. But I like how the standards he applies to other people somehow don't apply to him. Oh well.
At least "billuminati" is a really clever name.
