All of his NDC should be a block infinite
His buzz saw should be 0-(+)3 on block
His Tornado Slam should be 20% damage and also should be able to cancel it
A blocked ND should recover like Reptiles Elbow dash
His sweep should combo
His gas blast should be 4% chip

When you pick kabal the other players health bar should be reduced to 1% automatically, then' he's tournament viable. Or just disable the other player's ability to block since it's so unfair when they block ND.

I was thinking of something simple like, "Kabal needs buffs otherwise he will have a more difficult time with match ups and we don't want that, so plz give him more armor. Not only on specials but normals as well like a standing 2. Then he can become top 5. Thank you." On the back it will say, "Praise Kevo, for he brings boats for your abundant water."

something simple along those lines that can easily fit across a t-shirt.

Kabal should get this: on the character select screen if the first player selects Jax, then the second selects Kabal and the announcer says: "Kabal wins, flawless victory". This should take care of his bad match-ups and take him to top 10 at least.

OK to buff Kabal he needs to get some lotion for his burnt skin and needs to get laser eye surgery for that eye he can't see out of. Also he needs a lung transplant and better excuse for dying in story mode instead of getting his inhaler busted. I mean it gets destroyed every time he fights in costume one. He also needs to see a shrink and decide if he is evil or not so his role can solidified in MK10. Besides that he might need to be toned down he only has the best MUs in the game just maybe.

Kabal needs to be able to do left/right mixups as well as high/low ones. His nomad dash should cross up and his iAgbs should bounce off walls and hit multiple times. He also needs and ice clone that can shoot insta air ice blasts and do nomad dash cancels. He might be like #8 or something then.

He would be top 5 if they made his pigtails longer.

Kabal could really use an unblockable ND. He is easily bottom 10 right now. Also, Kenshi needs armor on all of his normals, because he just really needs it.
