As I mentioned early on on this thread this is why these questions are retarded as there are massive inconsistencies throughout comic book history due to different writers. You say there are several instances of her being a faster fighter than flash, and then there are a bunch of examples of the flash literally being able to fight anyone in slow motion due to how quickly he thinks.

Both universes have their respective heavy hitters, reality warpers, God power levels, it's just dumb. How can you say who is stronger if both guys warp reality for example????? Theoretically the result of their fight would be them both creating their own separate reality where the respective reality's creater has won!
Not necessarily. Even if both can warp reality, the one who is more proficient (like say, Doctor Strange vs Scarlet Witch, Strange would be the better warper) will win out because they would be able to warp reality to such a scale that the other's powers would be rendered useless.DC recently have received a guy on my avatar

Dude, wtf? Reality warping means the laws of reality get twisted. So every rule by which you would judge a match up can be changed. It can be made so that one of them is just erased from reality forever. If they both can do that no other skill will matter. It's like we point a gun at each other's heads at point blank who will win if at 1- 2-3-go we both pool the triggers. I understand that Wanda was very unstable. But let's take Molecule Man and Sentry. Sentry is unstable and schizophrenic himself. In Dark Avengers storyline Sentry only discovered that he could control matter the way Molecule Man could(who is by the way a reality warper too). But the second he found that out he owned Molecule Man who was far more experienced with that power. Bad writing of course, plot devices - maybe. But in comics if a being has a potential to be a reality warper he has a potential to be written as an omnipotent being, who owns everyone, and only the writer decides who beats who. Arguing about such stuff is pointless!

Dr Doom could create a tachyon machine, like Ozymandias did ,that prevents him from seeing future or past. Then he could go to the past (Doom officially has a time machine in comics) and stop Dr Osterman's accident from ever happening or just kill Osterman's as a child, or receive his power himself ( that is what he usually likes to do). I am sure he could come up with something cooler than I did in 5 minutes
