How did he throw it in the gutter? He was pretty much done before he had the wife incident. Dude literally hasnt been in trouble his entire pro career and yall are treating him like hes some habitual offender.

I CBA to read the entire thread for an answer that I may not find but, what did this guy do? And what was he sentenced to? 30 days I think?

It was fucking awesome but I need some context. I'm not American or anything.

I agree with AK Pig Of The Hut - I don't know what world you people live in, but you don't do shit during a sentencing. Especially when the judge commends your lawyer for doing a good job. You be respectful and professional, you clown.

I don't know this guy at all and I don't care. Anyone who thinks they can act this way, whatever race, whatever gender, whatever status, should be bitch slapped with the law.

And I shouldn't even have to comment on gender or race, but some of you here seem to think that's part of the issue. If you do, grow up. There was nothing here to indicate any action predicated on racism and the judge acted completely within the powers granted to a judge.

You dont do anything during sentencing you say? Like laugh? Like everyone in there did including court employees and none even got a fine. This was blatant abuse of power.

The judge asked him if he was satisfied with this representation during sentencing which included no jail time, Chad replied yes and gave his lawyer a butt tap. The judge then raged and even after a sincere apology threw him in jail for 30 days.

Yes he did

Prior to this event as stated on that video he was on Espn declaring "how changed of a man he is" and was hella lobbying for nfl job and they have him the benefit of the doubt for the tenth time and got punked three days later

How can he be given the benefit of the doubt for the 10th time when hes literally never been in trouble. You seem to be confusing excessive touchdown celebrations with actual crimes like DUI and assault or possesion its a common problem with TO and Chad.

actually I still have the game. With very little resources and time and without an NFL license they still made a better game than madden. Hell I still have NFL 2k5 which is STILL better than Madden. Nice try bro.

Lol at all pro football being anything but trash. And current madden is better than 2k5. What we should be talking about is how shittily 2k is using its MLB exclusivity and how good EAs last baseball games were. There were a few years where 2k5 remained better but that stopped.

It's not that he's a habitual offender, he's just a person who's never taken being in trouble seriously.
It's his credibility he's shot to hell, not his career.

And think about it this way:
If you were that judge, and you were literally a gavel swing away from giving this guy said benefit of the doubt, literally in mid-commendation sentence to his lawyer, and he goes and does something that no person with common sense should or would ever do when their livelihood and personal freedom are in jeopardy, you wouldn't be heated enough to take action?

Everything all pro and even 2k5 had madden JUST started implementing into their games they last few years. Few examples: gang tackling was in 2k way before it was in madden as well players losing their footing when making cuts due to weather. Not to mention 2ks superior game play and animations. In madden the qb could drop back 20 yards in the pocket and throw a bomb down field, lol. Oh and one more thing, look at what 2k5 did with ESPN presentation and look at how long it took madden to do anything with it. They took that license so quickly and had no frigging idea what to do with it. They saw what 2k did and EA snatched it up for 15yrs? Lol

Why would we talk about that ? These trash MLB games are actually being released. At least EA had the decency to pull their trash off the shelf.

How do you know what he does and xoesnt take seriously? Hes never been in trouble for you to know.
And no if i was the id remain a god damn professional. I wouldnt let rage influence my decision especially when my decisions affect peoples lives greatly. If i wanted to put the fear of god in him id halt sentencing call a 10 minute recess make him sweat outside the court room, then hed come back apologize sincerely and id carry out the srntencing i had before being butthurt.

So you mean to tell me if 2k made an NFL game with enough time and resources you'd still buy madden? And I bought madden every year until 08 or 09 bc it was the only FB game. Same rehashed crap.

Id buy whichever game was better. I didnt buy 07-10. But 11-13 have been very good and worth the money. Unlike 2k who is getting worse every year with their baseball game. One company is at least trying with there exclusivity.

He mocked the judge by slapping his lawyers ass after she said, "Were you satisfied with your legal representation? You should be, he did a great job for you" in direct response to what the judge said. It appeared mocking/sarcastic to her (and me). If he didn't mean that to be disrespectful (like his lawyer scrambled to try and say) then he fucked up because that's not the way it came across at all.

As far as the 30 days go she was within her right to sentence that based on what she perceived as him not taking the light sentence seriously.

Moral of the story:
1.

Actions no matter how seemingly inconsequential, have consequences and we are all accountable regardless of station or status.

2. Don't be a jackhole in a court of law.

Guess they aren't trying with Nba 2k, lol. But I can't comment on the baseball as I don't play it. I only play NFL and NBA
