The timing that you really have to pay attention to is the timing between F3 and 33, because if you don't hit that high enough you won't be able to combo into CS3 at the end. I haven't had any issues with getting CS3 to hit if I get that link to hit correctly
You can already get 42% by doing F2 CS3 and its easier.
I must have missed that in this thread, I tried to read everything before I posted to make sure someone hadn't come up with something better. I'm still looking into this, so there may be more here later, we'll see
