a lot of people complein about the meter drain glitch but the truth is that this game need this
glitch on it because if it would not be in the game players would be mashing an armor move
on every situation they can without any consequence and that would make armor move much
better than they already are.

the way i see it if you try to use armor to break the presure your opponent is doing on you and you
do not time it right you deserve to have some king of bad consequence for it trying and failing to do it
at the right time.

the meter drain glitch is very good thing in this game and and i hope that if armor is back for mk10 so is the meter drain glitch

I somewhat agree with this. Lol @ players thinking armor is retarded for becoming active on the 2nd frame on EX moves. D4s are usually +12 on hit yes, but that means you are at advantage for 1/5th of a second, it doesn't magically make your normals become zero-frame for an eternity.

Oh and let's call Cyber Sub broken for having a 1 frame EX combo starter too.

I play Sonya and have had this happen against me many times when I'm jailed against Sub. I never have a problem with it, funny enough I have a problem with Toasty Boosts.

I think that's an interesting perspective. But I can't agree when we're playing a game that has so many situations where you have maybe 2 to 3 frames to interrupt something. So we should have a 33-50% chance of getting screwed everytime in said situation?

well that would be true for 90% for the cast. no offense but a sonya player started this thread and I see another sonya player seeing he agrees. first of all armor is not safe on block for most characters and meter drain glitch is not something that can be avoided consistently making it bs. if armor was not safe or did not result in a full combo it would be fine. the way I see it they should have been more creative with armor moves, like subzero's slide that can put you back in the corner or kung lao's teleport that actually doesnt result in a direct attack.

It's not that easy to properly time when to get out of pressure.especially when you opponent is mixing it up on you.Sometimes when i believe I'm about to poke or armor out at the right moment,I get blown up by something else.It's a guess sometimes.This is just one of those things that frustrates the hell out of you when it doesn't go in your favor but you love it when you drain someone else's meter.
