That's a pretty good list, but I thought Nash was pretty highly regarded tier wise in Asia. Has Asia's opinion on Nash changed recently or is Momochi an outlier?

Didn't get to watch it thanks to work but it sounds like you're talking about Fuudo. He won Evo 2011 for SSF4 and is well known for his Fei Long, a character whose style and attributes are fairly similar to Karin. Probably an easy transition for him.

It's always about how minus the move is especially when it's a full combo punish. You could say the same thing about Cammy throwing out a spiral arrow in neutral because you may not be crouch blocking
