Neat, you're probably right. Nothing official has been revealed but it sounds like people from test screenings leaked that Sir Patrick turns out to be Ares.

If any prolific actor were playing Ares it would have been spoiled by now. So this guy is going to be revealed to be Ares in the movie, or it's an entirely CGI thing like Dormammu was.

He's actually not Ares. Rumor has it he's Duke of Deception aka one of Ares super powered henchmen.

Just so you know Wonder Woman's earliest foes were Ares, Dr Poison and Duke of Deception. Makes sense all three would be included in her first live action film. Ares as the main villain while the other two serve him
