With the DLC trailer coming tomorrow, NRS has put up a countdown video on Youtube. The DLC has possibly leaked as well, so beware if you are trying to avoid spoilers.

 

Supporting the game for a long time means drag out boring DLC that anyone who gives a shit already knew about. These fuccin dudes... have some balls and be real with people, the fuck is WB's influence doing to this company

 

I hope we get Joker skins based on his different appearances

that is an insanely good idea.. each skin being a different rendition from film or tv.. You really needed to be at that meeting.

 

Honestly, this trailer was a little disappointing. Why bother showing us the 2 dlc's that are already released?

Also, remember when they teased nightwolf's axe a month or so ago? Then revealed his face against the black background? Those stills were taken DIRECTLY from this trailer. Why did they not release the whole trailer then?

Despite my gripes with their timing, i am looking forward to the characters. Terminator and spawn in particular look awesome. Joker looks a little... young?? And relatively unscarred. Like an upper middle class teenager cosplaying as joker or something.

The thing that really gets me though is the dragging out of the dlc. That's not how you extend support for a games lifespan. The game will be a year old when the first batch of DLC is released. What then, another year wait for the next three characters? Unless they plan on doing 4 kombat packs, one a year, i don't see the casual market holding this game for that long.

They did the same type of reveal in MKX.

Arnie looks amazing! I'm almost as hyped for him as I am Spawn, who's also spot on. I'm loving the graphics in this game.
The waiting sucks but it'll be worth it. I'd rather NRS takes their time with the fighters and give us a more polished version of them.

 

I hate this KP. Ash was the only character I was happy about and they chose... the Joker to replace him, what a waste.

I paid €40 for this shit... I can't believe it.

AT LEAST the T-800 is Arnie, and his presence might give us a Sarah Connor skin for Sonya, which is good but that's it.

 

So I paid for something in March 2019 to have access to it in March 2020 .... gee thanks ... I guess.

Glad they plan on supporting this game longer than any other MK because it sure as shit is the last NRS game i'll ever buy.

Honestly Joker's animation after he smiles gives me a vibe that his character still needs a ton of work, it felt... unfinished.

To me that's their way of thinking/marketing:
Terminator now to keep MK fans who only wants MK characters still playing the game

Joker in January because they still have a lot to do with his model.

Spawn at the end because he's the cooler of the whole KP and to maintain hype until March 2020.

Then my prediction from earlier: Fujin, Ash and Sheeva announced mid 2020 and released throughout Q3 and Q4. They might come all in just one day but I doubt it.

I'm also starting to doubt if they will release these three at all or scrapped them. I hope they do release them.

Im so happy i did not buy season pass. Will not buy single dlc char . Worst dlcs ever lol .... I was happy for ash williams and plan on buying him but we got fucking joker and boring terminator .

 

Idk maybe im a casual that puts hundreds of hours in every NRS game but in a year who knows what the fuck im playing or doing but MK11 will probably be pretty dusty by then
