idk about the Liu MU, i've done really well against Blades in the past. its close to even but i think the corner Advantage might be significant enough to make it 6-4

Yeah. I believe it's 5-5.. Shory also has anti Wake-Up stuff and that evens out the advantage Sektor has in the korner.

Haven't played Bladez in a while..

@RedReaperI was referring to normal fireballs but air ones much like Sektor's instant teleport which can also be done in the air must be read as well, plus remember one thing people forget about Sektor here is his Kick cancel which works a lot....anything in this game that you can cancel makes for serious head games but yeah, still going 6-4 Sektor over LK there overall. Only time he's really a big threat in that match up from my experience is if he gets you in the corner.

Play a guy name Zyns LK, arguably one of the best if not the best LK on xbox's side and he hates Sektor lol. I'm not underestimating him, I know he's well rounded and good but I think you're underestimating what Sektor is capable of in that match up. You'd be surprised how many LK's get desperate to get in and do a random ex kick, but I expect that. It's the one move he has that can get in fast. His parry is useless from a far and his bike kick is way too slow lol right there that's 2 moves moot from a far with LK. I just feel while LK is a good solid character, so is Sektor. You can play any style with Sektor, up close, turtle, zoning etc.

I only play scrubs like Shoryuken and EGP Wonder_Chef..

@ Red Reaper I wasn't aware I said you played scrubs? I'd play them if I could but I only have Xbox so just judging on what I have *shrugs*

This threads op needs an update. It probably could have used an update a year ago. We dont even have all the numbers which is flat out sad.

PND_Ketchup , sorry not checked all the pages so dont know if wrote already but what do you think of baraka vs sektor matchup being 6-4 to baraka? im curious in your opinon to why this is, im not debating just curious :D , also cant sektor full punish stryker roll as is -7? and also what date is this uk mk9 tournament again? need to book it off work :) , thanks !

Since when has Baraka/Sektor beena 6-4? I don't think that at all.

Aside from armored blade charge, what's he got to make it in his favor?

No, he kan't. 1 hits but any follow up wiffs due to the push back (and Sektor's short arms).

You kan punish it with 1~Flame but while not that difficult, it's something you have to be used to. The timing is weird. I don't play Strykers often enough to practice that punish.

well you can pretty much say that it is unpunishable online ,unless your lucky ;)*looks at Reptile Dash*

D4->F2 = unblockable. Ice Clone = unpunishable.
My 2 cents here.

Sektor vs Rain: 6-4. Sektor can get around anything that Rain does, usually on reaction itself. Rain can tele, but it's unsafe enough that Sektor can tele upper on reaction. And then there's the missiles. A good Sektor will not lose to a good Rain, imho.

Sektor vs Scorpion: I agree with 5-5. I play both these on a regular basis.

Sektor vs Reptile: 6-4. Reptile can be kept out. Elbow dash can be punished with missile and / or flame. Force ball can be tele uppercuted on reaction. Acid spit and missile trade evenly, I believe.

Where can I counter poke / punish ?...

its a 6-4 in favour of Sonya , there is no way Sektor has advantage in that match-up

Yup , for me its horrible to play vs sonya with Sektor. U need to space extremly good to make a good chance against her I think.
