you can't react to an iafb fast enough to get a ball on screen without getting hit before it comes out. Ex maybe.throw a fb then lol. the best iafb is shory from what ive seen and even then im sure you could throw a fb
If you react fast enough ex does work, but if you don't you just wasted a bar. Getting in is definitely the toughest part of this MU.you can't react to an iafb fast enough to get a ball on screen without getting hit before it comes out. Ex maybe.
jk man i know its not always easy but for some reason thats one of my better mu. i have a pretty decent liu kang if you ever want to practice online. add meyou can't react to an iafb fast enough to get a ball on screen without getting hit before it comes out. Ex maybe.
It isn't quite that easy, but I think the MU can go either way. You still have to take Liu's pressure into account for when you get in, but if you can get him to respect you and get that 1 knockdown, the fight is yours to lose. I used to say 6-4 but I call it 5-5 now after lots of consideration.Damn i feel like in the only one who doesn't have a problem with Liu lol. High fireball duck and dash in. Low block the low and spit. Get a ball on screen and poof gg.
He's 0 on block after every string though. No liu wants to block after a string either. Just dasg at the right time, get knock down, and laugh at his shitty wake up gameIt isn't quite that easy, but I think the MU can go either way. yeah man, at neutral this match seems to be all Liu, get a knock down its all reptile. If you react fast enough ex does work, but if you don't you just wasted a bar. Getting in is definitely the toughest part of this MU.
I need to hit you up on there as well.for sure man, Xbox or ps3? I'm treadmill1150 on both.
No, this is the problem A LOT of Liu Kangs have, and the reason why so many of us are getting blown up so hard. Good Liu Kang players are looking for dash and will block that shit to get an easy punish for over 30%. This isn't what you want. If he doesn't respect it at first by all means throw it out, however once he starts simply start to pressure. He's 0 on block after every string though. No liu wants to block after a string either. yeah man I'll add you in a bit. Nonsensicl reptile mirrors here we come!I need to hit you up on there as well.
Lmao, I'm so not ready. I hate Reptile mirrors so much more than any other mirror.yeah man I'll add you in a bit. Nonsensicl reptile mirrors here we come!
Nah man, dash is safe on block duhhhh. Lol but seriously, if they want to respect the dash, they can. D3 will be faster than whatever he throws next. If he blocks, a d3 ah will put you in a position where he either gets knocked down or blocked and he can't really punish it. D3 ex dash is kinda cool i guess too. But yeah, you can counterpoke if he respects. Or dash. It's kinda 50-50.No, this is the problem A LOT of Liu Kangs have, and the reason why so many of us are getting blown up so hard. xbox and i believe this mu is a 5.5-4.5 infavor of liu maaaaaaaaybe 6-4for sure man, Xbox or ps3? I'm treadmill1150 on both.
Nah man it's not a 50-50 thing, it's all about making adjustments mid-match. Also, d3 AH can be b3'd for combo because of the 14 frame gap in between the two moves, so I wouldn't rely too highly on that. d3 ex dash is pointless, why cancel an 8 frame move into a 6f move as a poke, when you could've just thrown out the 6f move in the first place?? haha. I always follow up d3's with another low poke or a standing 1 sometimes, if I follow them up at all.Nah man, dash is safe on block duhhhh. STB Chongo POST THE FAKING THANGI can haz new MU chart nao?
Because an occasional d3 to EX dash is unexpected, and helps to throw off raw EX dash scouting.Nah man it's not a 50-50 thing, it's all about making adjustments mid-match. Yeah this, and if your d3 gets stuffed at least you didnt lose the bar of meter for itBecause an occasional d3 to EX dash is unexpected, and helps to throw off raw EX dash scouting.
