Well it looks like his body is Red Armor or clothing.. He seems to have a cape..
And If I was to judge the color of his head its near a brownish Greenish color.. But the brown can the affects from the background.. Martian Manhunter is a good educational guess

bottom right I interpreted as a dark red (shading perhaps) and so I used a lighter shade above it.

That was Earth in the one shot when he grabs the asteroids, but the Mars from the pic was from the angle when they show his face obviously. It wasn't there, so perhaps it's only visible from the left angle, aka Player 1 side. Either way, that was Mars originally.
