Which will happen. Keep in mind Mortal Kombat X was far worse than this port, and people were declaring it "dead" from launch. Yet it's still around and still being played. 462 is the current 24 hour peak. Not bad for game that's been replaced by a successor and was declared "dead" at launch.
Sadly no one is competing with MK\injustice franchise in terms of sales so there is no reason for WB to work out a deal with microsoft\sony to add it.
I don't think any of us would argue if crossplay were introduced. For the new Call of Duty, is it crossplay between PC and both consoles, or just one?
as far as i know only ps4 and pc but i can be wrong. i tried the beta and it was stated in it
That makes sense. Crossplay seems to always be from PC to one current generation console, not both.
I'm assuming you did not interrupt the update? Regardless, have you tried Verifying your File Integrity? Is there any error messages? What happens when you try to launch the game? Does it show that it's "playing" when you have your Steam Friends List open?

If your not from EU or playing non komp casual the game is dead as fuck. I play everyday and no one is ever on komp casual and KL you get all eu players.Yeah, me too. No problems getting matches. Desyncing bug, however...
It simply doesn't work on competitive matches. You have to set a "default" variation and that variation's costume will be the one that shows up whenever you pick a character in competitive matches regardless. It sucks but oh well.
That's incorrect though. On some characters, this issue doesn't happen. I just tested cetrion and both of her variations (that I have different costumes on) work correctly

I actually had the opposite experience. Tried the ps4 version in a friend's house and just stopped after a 25 win streak. Steam has fewer players but they seem to be all at least decent and not total button mashers like many in the ps4.
