Never Forget
what are you even going on about? It's not about "acting" like a top player jut calling it how I see it. I don't think anybody cares right now about sonicfox or Brent or Mando or whoever getting top 8 a month after the game came out especially if they doe literally nothing after it either. Chef won that one tournament when mkx come out I bet nobody even remembers who that guy is.But both PL and Sonic have tournament records far exceeding yours so how does this work exactly? You can't sit up here and try and shit on sonics SFV success regardless of how little it is. Not when you prance around here slanging your dick about how you're the "best" Guile yet you sit at home behind computers and do nothing to prove it. Oh my bad you are ultra platinum online lul. Garbage ass netcode SFV at that. Sure everyone can talk shit about where people place but you are different. You literally act like you're a top player but have done NOTHING if I'm wrong please correct me. Before you say "I don't need to go offline to prove myself" um yes the fuck you do when you talk all the shit that you talk. Get over yourself kid.
how the fuck does that make the slightest lick of sense? The argument they are making is that you CANT just jump in somebody elses game and dominate it simply because you are good at a different one. If the same skills and effort are required, telling foxy to go try jump in SFV because he will fail proves his point, not yours. They have their own games to play, if nrs players are so gdlk , go win sfv money? I mean why not if the skills and effor required are the same amen the only difference is the name of the game?
First of all this has nothing to do with inj 2 beta it has everything to do with you discrediting sonic fox. But yes as you always do try and find a way to prop fish. I didn't challenge you, I was defending myself and honestly it was a godamn beta kid lmao nobody cares about that shit. Never said anything was unfair I said I got bopped. Man you have selective memory. Oh no my life is over after a set in a beta boys man down. I 4-0'd a top player myself look how good I am.. dickheadwhat are you even going on about? Arent you the guy I 8-0 in the inj 2 beta after specifically challenging me and the complained how I "spammed crossups" you couldn't block and it was unfair lul. I'm basically a top player to you tbh
Either way this isn't the thread for whatever baggage you have bro take it somewhere else.

Are you still going on lulFirst of all this hasn't nothing to do with inj 2 beta it has everything to do with you discrediting sonic fox. But yes as you always do try and find a way to prop fish. Nobody cares about sonic fox ? Dude you literally have done NOTHING in sfv but prop fish from online stats. You're a joke. Literally you really aren't anything special. Wait aren't you the guy that lost to cyborg using MMH? Clown
I think some of you guys are taking this way to seriously. This is good for the NRS community no matter what way you look at it . The amount of views and attention these matches will get will be helpful. If Punk loses maybe more Capcom player will jump into the fray. It makes these interesting. You guys are seriously getting wound up because a dude is smack talking on the internet
It is clear. If the skill ceiling is so high for sf, why have they never done anything in our abc123ezmodefighters then? Surely their vastly superior intelligence and footsies will allow them to rise above is plebeian scum.
In any case I'm all in for defending the NRS side of this actually becomes a thing. Someone make me an NRS flag to wear plz.
There is nothing I LOVE more in competition than to demoralise an opponent, especially if they think they're shit hot.
if YOU pay attention, you will see that when you said the skill ceiling is so much higher in SFV than MKX and even the best NRS players are mid tier at SFV, foxy asked how come these Capcom gods haven't dominated here if that isn't due to the fact that you can't just walk into another game and expect to dominate?ok I've only said that games are different like 2 posts ago and that punk would have to work hard for a year to learn nrs games.
If you pay attention, me and foxy are talking about why, overall, lots of Capcom players dont get results in nrs games, not just in the beginning of their life. Don't let that stop you now tho lul
The community's been growing healthily despite "lel, nrs" for years. And we get just as much from capcom drive bys as we do from the trolls here, nrs players on their emo ass twitters, and even our own stream commentators. It's never been good for the community because it fosters the same "lel NRS" from Capcom stream monsters.
PRRog and Chris G are top players no doubt, however, they got wins back when this community was still getting in shape, when Sonic Fox started to rise as a top player capcom community was(and still is) much more developed. My favourite part of it:
no but I'm pretty sure my response was two examples of Capcom players who've won tournaments ins nrs games. Then said how they're doing better in nrs games than they're main and explaining that some skilled people just don't like the game enough to play it, it's not about the money. And then to highlight the point I asked foxy if he's so good at fighting games why doesnt he go win money in their game, sarcastically, because like I've said a million times, the games are different and not for everybody. so I guessed you just missed all the words before what you chose to quote.if YOU pay attention, you will see that when you said the skill ceiling is so much higher in SFV than MKX and even the best NRS players are mid tier at SFV, foxy asked how come these Capcom gods haven't dominated here if that isn't due to the fact that you can't just walk into another game and expect to dominate?
your response to that was "well if its NRS players who are the godlike ones then why don't they go dominate SFV then???"
like no you muppet, he was saying that there ISN'T a skillgap, and you just went ahead and contradicted your own argument with that trump card lol
The community's been growing healthily despite "lel, nrs" for years. And we get just as much from capcom drive bys as we do from the trolls here, nrs players on their emo ass twitters, and even our own stream commentators.
Those players won when this community was still infant, it's on a different level now(even then, it still has way to go).Define do nothing lul. Chris g and Rico were winning Injustice tournaments while being "average" in sf4. They were/are gods in this community but regulars in their games idk what to tell you man some people like nrs games enough to play some don't. It's not all about money, which sfv already has plenty of lul
They have their own games to play, if nrs players are so gdlk , go win sfv money? I mean why not if the skills and effor required are the same amen the only difference is the name of the game?
So, " more developed", in other words... capcom has a higher ceiling than the nrs community? I agreeThose players won when this community was still infant, it's on a different level now(even then, it still has way to go).
SF has been around way longer, anyone who goes NRS to capcom, will have to deal with a much more developed pro-scene than the other way around.
Also, the bolded is just about different strokes for different folks, the games play vastly different some players will adapt better to each one accordingly(which is the same for every other fighting game out there).
it's just called having fun man don't think about it that hard go practice your hawkgirl instead and maybe you'll finally get a round off my catgirl lelWell this shit is stupid tbh but I gotta say, it sucks that fighting game players are at each others' throats to show that my game is better than yours instead of helping both communities to grow as we're all fighting game fans in the end.
I don't like SFV but that doesn't mean that I should be like "lel Capcom players" and talk shit about them and their game, what do we gain from that aside from them also looking back at us in the same way?
It's also odd to me that we're splitting players as Capcom/NRS/anime players when so many players play multiple games. Is there a point in labeling a player a Capcom player when they enter an NRS game which helps grow the game in views and in tournament numbers?
Nerdjosh for example has been playing and placing in KoF XIV, but he's played all sorts of games with good results as well such as skullgirls, sf4 and marvel. Is he an "SNK player" now?
We should be trying to get other FG communities to join and play in injustice 2 but I don't think talking shit and saying you'll give them a 3 round lead is the right way to go about it. Punk started it though so I guess Fox isn't the one to really fault here.
Who knows this might actually spark some SFV players to put in actual effort in i2 to place so they gloat and go "oooooh look NRS players no fundamentalzzz son" and it gets a stupid NRS vs Capcom rivalry going like the KBrad/Krone garbage.
More developed = Much more dedicated players, therefore fiercer competition. In the same way the current state of NRS scene is much more developed than back at MK9/Inj 1 days. So, " more developed", in other words... capcom has a higher ceiling than the nrs community? I agree
"Different strokes, different folks"... in other words... nrs games aren't for everybody so Capcom players might not want to play it and still share negative opinions on the game simultaneously, regardless if they win/lose in it? It cant be that, until they body sonicfox daily, their opinions on not playing the game aren't just excuses and because nrs players are just so gdlk it's too intimidating (poor Tokido man lul) or something lul?
Slow down man you're being too reasonable for the thread
