Idt casual play has anything to do w the netcode. I don't think it'll be a factor on who gets chosen.

No what i think is that they randomly select those who get a beta. And if we are unlucky enough the majority might consist of people who cannot differenitate between what we might get and what we had. Nothing against casuals i mean they enjoy the game as well as we do. BUT when it comes to the competitive scene (and this is our house) experienced players should be involved since they know if something is wrong or not.
But since nobody can influence the result i just hope that we get a good balance of pro players and casuals so everyone has some of it.

Well they determine eligibility on whether or not you've played a total of at least one hour online.

That means that have some way of determining how much online you play, and that means they'll probably take that into account with their selection process.

I assume the more online you've played the more likely you are to get in.
