Now that I think about it Sub Zero doesn't really lose to anyone either. This is one of our most shakiest tier lists yet honestly

OH Toss is +6 off of b121. It's randomly +12 when cancelled off the first hit of f2 for a nice low/oh blockstring that jails into b1.

Also all variations get lackey d1 without ferra. With Ferra it's always the 10f -1 version.

Not to say ruthless doesn't have some serious dirt, but those two points were inaccurate.

Better anti-zoning (ex shadow kick)
Better pressure
Equal zoning
Equal footsies (f3, d4)
Equal damage
Equal 50/50's (Cassie's has easier access to them but are pseudo unsafe without meter. Johnny's are harder to set up but are safe and don't need meter)
Worse jump attacks


I just don't understand the Cassie hype these days. She's good, but I don't get the S tier top 5 talk she still gets to this day.

As a jc main, his only actual mixup is d4 and f2. People need to stop saying he has 50/50s

Jc's jips are shockingly bad, his ji3 is good.

Her pokes are all faster.

Her np when does properly guarantees a 50/50. Jc doesn't have a 50/50.

Safe combo starting 6 frame armoured flip.

IAG's are excellent for counterzoning.

Cassies meterless damage is better midscreen, and moderately lower with bar, in the corner cassie can do the same meterless as johnny with bar.

Cassie has a 6 frame combo starter thats 0 on block.

I personally think cassie is A as is JC. They both have their strengths and play differently, jc is pressure footsie, cassie is mixup footsie.

Its hard for me to say which is better but i'd think cassie tips it.

Do you play much JC?

Mileena is to honest to be mid tier in this shitty 50/50 game ppl can say what they want, but it will never come to shit. Of course you can get lucky and not be punished by ppl who have her as the last thing on there minds when it comes to match ups. If there was more mileena match up knowledge she would be eatin alive...... Call me what you want, but I've had 6k match's with only mileena with same group of clan members an shit AINT what its cracked up to be. But hey we will be waiting on someone to prove lol otherwise. Bitch stuns ppl who are clueless on blocking her strings and b12 pressure

We can also pretend she's not a 50/50 char, but it will always come down to that one big risk to win or get full combo punished. Most chars don't have to make that choice..... If you reply your doing it wrong well you sir don't have the offense to keep up with the 40%-44% mid screens bitchs pulling in the shit ass touch of death game. Pay a meter for a fuzzyable overhead and 35% 4 a bigger chance at getting fucked .....lol
