Yes I noticed this too.

I feel like he's in Inferno mode from what I can tell because I think I see a skull on his belt.

I'm on a phone currently so idk of it looks better on a bigger screen to confirm.

As far as I can tell, his arms aren't glowing and it's clearly not Ninjutsu.

I hope out of Scorpion's and Ferra/Torr's fatalities that we've seen, that they pale in comparison to what other fatalities are in the game.

Call me sick or twisted if you want, but I want fatalities that make me feel squeamish, damn it.

I love how brutal they are so far, but I want more than that!
