Please don't tell me you mean the ninjas who have long evolved from being palette swaps.

For real. Scorpion is the only actual ninja. Sub-Zero doesn't even have the look of a ninja most of the time anymore, more of traditional warrior look. Ermac is a spell casting mummy or something now. Reptile is.... a reptile. Rain and Smoke, sure kind of pallete swaps, but no less than any other character from a certain type or faction.
