Oh really, you just get it from spearing a hanging body?! Or maybe after a certain amount of hanging bodies as was the case with the spiders? Wow, no wonder I didn't remember it.

If you stand in the mid of the Warrior Shrine (up the stairs) in front of the Goro statue, then look to the left behind the Kano statue.

There are quite a few invisible chests at the Palace Entrance & The Courtyard. Also 1 or 2 in Shang Tsung's Throne Room.
