BTW the other day I saw on some stream that people were using a dive kick and teleport3 corner combo without the grinding hat and it was something like 40%? Maybe somebody know the input of this?
Also you can do xray combo into roll spin 24 grab for 49% which is hella easy.

This is the guide i've been waiting for. Clean and simple, I already know how to play as the character just didn't know the correct BnB's. thank you.
 
lol, whatever his subz is nice let him be a subz player. I dont have anyhting against secondaries but I just hate counterpicking.

Ah screw it, i'm gonna mess around with Kung Lao more often...even if it means my man card gets taken away...
 
in open space, make sure you end your combos with the 24~1+3 2 ender. this allows KL to instant dive kick in and continue pressure. the opponent can tech and wake up attack before you land from the dive kick, but then this opens up jump in~teleport/ex teleport. when the opponent respects the jump in teleport option, it frees up the instant dive kick again.

I love Tom Brady and all.But Kung Lao players have to let go of that stupid F3 x Spin ender.

Using the swag punch combo not only pushes the guy to the corner but it's also more consistent and it has more damage.The Jump Kick Dive Kick is only good if you're tossing out an EN Hat then jab dash 24 1+3~2.

also, in corners, a good setup after a combo ender is to ex teleport. most characters have no way out but jump and jumping out gets them hit by the teleport 3 and allost you to dash in and spin then full combo again. most characters will be forced to block the 3, then KL can go into more string pressure which does chip and builds about half of that 1 bar back.

Its all about the whiff grab armour from the Ex teleport, destroys most other armour in the game AND you get to run around wearing it like you're Rain.

with kung lao you should always have at least one bar of meter

I think 21, spin, JIK, Divekick, dash2, ex hat, dash 1, dash 1, dash 24 1+2 2 does more. Should do 43% with jip.



And have we played online before?
