I watched him play Slips for hours and hours and hours during the pre nerf DS era. Never once did I personally hear excessive bitching about the character. Instead he shut up and played and grinded that shit out.

I said vanilla Deathstroke was top 3. I never claimed Deathstroke needed 3% of chip damage on low shots. But increasing the recovery by ten frames and reducing the chip damage by half made the special move mediocre.
