A new Kombat Kast has been announced for this Friday, April 5th, at 3pm CST.

Noob Saibot's character breakdown will be shown, and most likely some other mystery character.

My bet's on Kitana, but given the GameInformer news splurge, it could also be Cetrion.

They did, Variations will be different at launch from the beta and different from those from the Kombat Kasts, they'll add some over time and won't always be the same for tournaments and online ranked (I think). There will be 2 to chose from at launch.
