Ok i got it on her d2 NRS should add ice blades on her fingers and the hit box should be a half moon shape above her hurtbox ya kno to deal with crossup dickryders...cough,cough Batman,Doomsday, oh this will also cleanly snuff Blackstrapons divekicks. But most importantly she should have Red Lazer Eyes that activate when she lands a slide and will continue to glow firery until you stop comboing the weak pathetic soul of sans victim or you go for the reset

How about not getting frozen? Yeah an extra invincible move with frame advantage would be fine and good, but not being frozen would just be nice and consistent with the character. Green Arrow's Ice Arrow: sorry. Superman's Breath: no big deal. Arkham Asylumn air duct: too bad. Like if Green Arrow and Killer Frost were going to fight, Green Arrow would really be busting out Ice Arrows. Come on. Not whining that KF needs a lot of buffs, but it stinks to play the Ice Queen and get frozen.

Yeah, any freezing moves should just give her health. The Arkham ice duct should refill her health to 100%.

Also buffs for other characters that will probably be announced, the flash intantly wins each fight in a pikosecond(yes that is real), Batman's bats are replace by plot armor trait- this makes it so other characters forget their powers and personality traits so that batman can win and the batman fans will be pleased, and wonder woman starts actually looking like a woman
