You have an air dash and a slide. That alone eliminates any possibility of a teleport move.

I think what she really needs is MB daggers that freeze the opponent on impact.

Parry needs to be 1f and grant full combo when meter burned, slide needs to be only -4 and give full combo on hit, trait cancels need to give frame advantage, and she needs an air dash.

Seriously people... air dashes are not good in this game. They have their uses and setups, but not being able to attack until the end of the air dash makes them virtually useless.
