Cossner will play you and he will give you hell. I know I'm not anything special in this game but he has 10-0 and 15-0 me each time we played.

That said, I have a few thoughts. You can trade in your favor projectiles from the right range. Watch out for his long normals into up rocket.

Air charge is safe but negative so you should be able to check with knife.

I have a feeling uplaser can counter his teleport mb option but I havnt tested.

His armor is punishable so make sure you get the most out of that.

This is true. Sektor beats commando and cybernetic outright.

It's true for cybernetic the most though. He's got a steep uphill battle when facing zoners. They'll anticipate he needs to get in when he's kept out and cut half the screen with Kano's back to the corner. OH ball and interactibles are his ways out.

He's still pretty good though. More universal patches will make him better.

Yeah the window seems to be 19 frames if Cybernetic has that small a window to interrupt it with B2, so any 18 frame normal/19 frame special or faster should beat it clean. B14 has shit block cancel advantage lol

Edit: Turns out it's not 19 frames, more like 15. Cybernetic's B2 is a frame perfect exception.

Can you jump out too? Because he could mix up command throw... and what about war god mix ups?

I don't think the window is that big with all moves. This works with b2 because you move your hurtbox forward so even though the pizza is throw, it appears behind your hurtbox and doesn't hit you

Probably, you could test that. What about War God mixups?

Yeah after testing further Cybernetic is an exception. The window is more like 15 frames as I can get 14 frame normals to beat out the sun disc but not 15 frame normals.

Is there a way to make the second hit of Smoke's b21 whiff consistently if the first hit is blocked? Best I can find is a legit 50/50 where the result changes after every rep

did you know: if you want corner restand you can use b231+3 (after certain combo) for 1% more damage than b131+3
For example: B31 eye laser, B312, 3 up laser, 112 up laser MB, njp, B231+3
obviously you can press the throw button for easier input

So does anyone have a better mid screen meter less move that is better than:

112, db1, b23 1+3 for 26%

It's what I've found is not only his fastesr frame punisher but also his most damaging. Changing the 112 in for a b23 lowers the damage by 2%.

This thread is ancient but I just wanna say that this is an example of how people just not knowing basic terminology can cause misinformation and confusion because their opinions are placed right alongside veritable pros/tech finders/competent contributors.

Like confusing a combo extender/launcher for a reset and then telling everyone that there’s an ex knives reset. Here i am learning cybernetic and I finally realize this dude is clueless after I try in vain to figure out this “reset”. Like, dude.
