Thanks. Can you provide a brief explanation as to why these are bad? I'm mainly using Jax to counter Cage's bad matchups, so I can just use Cage for the characters listed, but I'm still really interested in using Jax as a secondary.
Sektor MU: Jax can't zone Sektor, sektor can zone Jax. Sektor's low hitbox reduces Jax's pressure options. Sektor punishes gaps in the 123 and F413 strings with 45% (also highest punisher of the dash punch). Sektor has better footsy tools. 4-6
Johnny Cage: Punishes GPs on reaction with shadow kick, low hitbox creats a gap in the F413 string, can punish gaps in 123 and F413. overall, Jax can't pressure cage very well whereas Cage can. 3.5-6.5
Sonya: almost the same as Cage, Sonya is more punishable than cage and can be zoned more. 4.5-5.5 or (4-6) MU
Shang Tsung: Soul Steal checks negate any attempt at GP cancel mix-ups. Near equal pressure and corner game, Shang's zoning is effective, forces Jax to use more armor to get in rather than saving it to crush offenses. Must play very safe when Shang transforms, don't want to take an EX Dash Punch to the face with that damage boost

Kung Lao: Same reasons as Cage except Lao can play alittle bit of keep-away and his pressure isn't as effective. 4-6
Freddy: Besides a somewhat risky 50/50 game freddy's pressure isn't all that great vs Jax, conversely Jax has all his pressure options available as well as his 12 hitting crouch block. Freddy's Zoning however is a real pain in the ass, Nighmare stance ducks under Dash Punch and Energy wave so getting in isn't easy plus pushing freddy into the corner isn't a very solid strategy due to his Ex-teleport allowing him to escape at any time.Freddy can also punish GPs with spikes on reaction. Overall, getting in isn't easy and freddy can get out with teleport at any time. (dont know the MU numbers for this one yet, probably 4-6)
