I honestly forgot she was an MK character until that roster leak happened and now she`s the most talked about lady. I`m curious if NRS is gonna bring her for the 3rd time in MK 12 or is this her last game.

Her face model looks amazing. I'm still disappointed about her outfit but I'll wait for her skins. What I really don't like is her braids. It might be me but the only people I associate these short braids with is 5-year-old girls in my neighbourhood lol. I get it NRS struggle creating long hair but there's other easier options than just a long main, like Kitanas MKX braids. Or something like this

Wait do you really want Sonya, a OG character, to be left out of a Mortal Kombat game ? There are only 5 SF characters this time, it's already better than the 8 SF members from MKX, isn't it ?
And Sonya isn't focused on guns anyways, so please use another excuse if you want her out of the game

not only Stryker but Erron Black has a super bland design and uses a pistol, not even something high tech. Yet no one questions his inclusion, his bland muted brown design, his use of guns, him being human ect.

I agree. I always thought that Erron lacked something that made him unique.
I would have loved an element that would either refers Shang Tsung's magic or an element from his past as a cowboy in Earthrealm.
Or they could have chosen to include cyberpunk elements to the character,

I agree that he also lacked character developement in the story, but like I said on another thread, MKX introduced so much new characters, they didn't have time to develop all of them.

People are you seriously comparing Erron Black to Jacqui Briggs?

While Ed Boon and Vogel can write SHIT, the character has so much more potential than was given, unlike Special Forces number #, who are always just boring heroes who win every fight because they have to... (and when they die they suddenly become evil, boring)

Erron looks amazing and different, his aim is perfect, he has cool tools, I want his old guns back though, not the stupid new ones, they look to modern for my personal taste, but I'm sure you can change that.

If I want 2 gunfighters in the game they would be Erron Black as an old-gun user, and Stryker as new-gun users, preferably with order-bullets, as I hope Stryker ends up in order-realm gaining magical bullets. Cassie or Sonya (not both) can have the special forces boring weapons, I don't care, as long as it ain't the entire family (Jax, cassie, Jacqui)

Also that one guy from twitter who said Jacqui's alternative outfits are the best in the game, well let me say this, everybody has his/her own opinion, so I don't take his words for truth, he's probably a Special Forces lover to begin with, I care more for the outworld/netherrealm-gang + Black Dragon.

That being said, I still look forward to Jacqui's alternative costumes, and now I've seen that blue energy around her arms, AND Johnny Cage using boring weapons in the trailer, It gives me hope for her moves, powers and what not in the game. I don't hate Jacqui as much as others, I still think she would be dull with weapons. I know this whole clique can't stand me and always reports me for no reasons while they can easily ignore me (but they want to get my reactions, they are addicted to it)

EDIT: Oh, and YES, I do think people like Sonya and Jax can sit out this game, it worked perfectly fine in DECEPTION and MORTAL KOMBAT 2 (both games are ironically among the bests in the series), and they also leave Mileena, Shang Tsung and Reptile out of this game probably, they are just as legendary as Sonya.

We didn't compare Erron to Jacqui, we just talked about him because he had a few similarities in character design (gun user and bland), but Erron is way better than Jacqui for sure.

5 SF characters, 2 shaolins, 3 shirai ryu/lin kuei + Raiden = 11 earthrealmers out of 25 characters. It's not even half of the roster, so you'll probably enjoy the game.

Yes but again, they aren't needed in the game to make it stand, MK2 and MK Deception proved my point. And the children could really have some time off from their parents, without friendships in the game I think it's still stupid they finish each other.

I loved playing it, Plus Chess Kombat and Puzzle Kombat

So why the hell NRS pumped MKX as 'passing the torch' game and make kombat kids shine? What about continuing that narration? We had both parents and kids in MKX? Ok. Didn't like it, but OK.
But now? Why in MKX they presented Jax as retired farmer that Raiden brought back for ONE LAST MISSION and now he is still around, instead of sit this time out?
Why is Sonya still there if we have her daughter, her husband and, hell, even younger version of her husband? Rumor of her death is good but as far as I expect, NRS will still bring her back to MK12 because SHE IS SO ICONIC. Get over it and move on! We have so many interesting kharacters in the franchise, why everything needs to spin around the same ones over and over again?

Honestly, with the game having multiple endings, there will be different people fighting Kronika at the end (Raiden most likely, I have a feeling of Scorpion aswell)
