JAP Liu Kangs is confirmed to be FFB2. I was even able to land FFB2 in a juggle while they were still falling (using quick uppercuts of course).

I don't think Scorpions is FFD2, but you can try. I did press that but nothing came out. The toasty boost doesnt show until after i pressed 1

I can't get caught up on Scorpion anymore. I put too much time into it already. I leave it up to you guys for a while to finish the job. Try FFD1. Its possible i overlooked it. Be careful, sometimes you get the TOASTY BOOST but it won't show the words. I would definitely try FFD1 again. BBD1 definitely doesn't work.
