Does this thing just default the stage to something related to your character? I'm sick to death of seeing and listening to the same stage and tune setup. I change it from auto when I'm just messing around but online it seems like it's my setup or theirs and at this point I would like to never see or hear of "mine" again.

If there is any way to mix that up I'd like to clue into that.

Most people just don't notice it can be changed so they have it on auto by default which is their character's stage and track.

In the character selection screen in online, press start (or the back button. Unsure which). It'll give you the option to change the stage and song. You can choose specifics or set to random. The baseline option chooses both based on your character choice.

Yeah I found it after some digging. I knew how to do it when picking my character but I'd never actually switched characters online and had no idea how it had worked when I first set up shop.

I got it sorted now, and that was much better.
