youre talking about a guy who contacted fbi over leaderboard hackers lol you should be questioning that insteadHaving this said, the way he played made me seriously question WHY, why would anyone want to play a game like this, especially for so long without any change.
Lol, ok that made me laugh, I see your point maybe I should have waited a few more posts to let that one go.I mean...it's like walking into a room full of people...everyone is kinda getting along (mostly) and then you come in "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT!??? FUCK THIS LAMP! ALL OTHER LAMPS ARE COOL, BUT THIS LAMP USES IT'S BRIGHTNESS TO IT'S ADVANTAGE!!!"
Who are you to even talk, never seen you at tourniesReally, TYM? Really?
20+ posts in and someone has yet to call this moron a scrub. Admittedly, calling people scrubs is never nice, but someone has to be the bad guy and do it.
You are a scrub. Deathstroke's zoning is not "decent". It used to be decent before scrubs like you cried about the character. Deathstroke's zoning is very unsafe. Any player who is not a scrub, which, however, you are, is able to manage a projectile that recovers in 25 frames.

Yea that was about my take on em, thanks for the thoughtful reply. If I'm reading correct you're asking why will online scrubs play like scrubs to maintain their #1 online rank of 10,000W 500L records?
Gotta ask them that. Doubt they even want to get better. It probably gives them some sense of accomplishment or makes them feel superior so they can brag to friends about how great they are. Who knows. That #1 guy on PSN thinks he could compete at Evo and make Top 16 without a doubt. He also supposedly owns an international radio show and is a professional body builder so they probably are completely delusional and need it to sustain the delusion.
Always fun to see them rage quit though.

Yo, thats too funny I didn't even hear about that, seems like it fits the bill though.youre talking about a guy who contacted fbi over leaderboard hackers lol you should be questioning that instead
Really, I though DCing did give you a loss. Well that only proves the point further.Gotta also take into account that ragequits don't count as losses on PS4. Every single time I've come up against Incorruptible he's ragequit on me so he doesn't take a loss. Same with a scrub called thatboy_pushback.
People will always be thirsty to be at the top of the leaderboards and they'll use scrub tactics to get there but at the end of the day it doesn't really mean shit.
Naw it's ok, it's only to be expected from a post like this. I like to imagine people think I just lost to someone like this and ran to my laptop foaming at the mouth trying to express my rage on TYM, even though that is not the case, it is a funny thought.i don't think op is salty. why is everyone dog-piling. op, the reason the leaderboard is filled with frauds is cause inj ranking system is bad.
also u r playing on psn, what could u possibly expect. only degenerates and poors play on psn
I think you just saved me from writing four more threads.Oh goody! A thread for me to use my handy-dandy scrub guide.
If its not Deathstroke its either these.
50% Scorpion
25% Green Arrow
15% Batman
10% Nightwing
What do they do?
-Scorpions tend to just teleport over and over again, and mash sweep or d2, then stop playing when they are halfway dead.
-Green Arrows love to wakeup slide and just keep jumping forward with J3 or constantly shooting regular low arrows. Most will quit if you take theit first life bar with zoning.
-Batmen start the matches out with j2 then do 223, jump over, and do it again if its blocked. If they are full screen they will just sit in place, call bats, release bats, try for a grappling hook and repeat. Most Batman's quit once the match is over or they cant get in.
-Nightwing: B2 at the start of the match, then run away to use staff stance. From here its a barrage of ground blasts and if you get close they mash d1. If you knock them down, there's a 75% chance they will flying grayson you. The other 25% will be staff spin. Nightwings quit randomly so make sure to zone them out so they quit faster.

players that play in the way you describe, aren't very good.I need to preface this by saying I have no problem with people who play Deathstroke legitimately, this is more so directed at fraudulent players in general.
After about a year or so of playing IGAU online and enjoying it for the most part, I have noticed a trend among the top place leader board holders, many of them play the most fraudulent Deathstrokes I have ever seen. Now of course I'm sure many people have already discussed something similar to this topic, however I have a different question to pose. Too many times have I seen players who simply have one tactic and if they cannot execute their plans often they get blown up and simply make no effort to try and change up what they are doing. Which brings us back to Deathstroke and how seemingly there is an outline on how to play him in the most simplistic, and many times most effective at gaining wins over actually good players (only online based on the amount of Deathstroke players that place in tournies). This usually involves abuse of Deathstroke's decent zoning (albeit, very easy to execute in comparison to someone like Zod or MMH) and his retreating J3. Now from many first reference accounts of this strategy actually beating out other much more skilled and knowledgeable players in KOTH matches, it made me wonder, how is it possible for someone to have the deluded idea that they are actually better than most of the other people who play IGAU online, as well as the idea that it is fun doing the same strategy for every game and every match-up, never trying to adapt to how anyone else is playing, just hoping your opponent won't have a direct counter strategy to yours. For reference I will mention one of the many fraudulent Deathstrokes I have had the displeasure of playing, I believe he goes by the username INCORRUPTIBLE or some l33t variant of that on the PS4. This player has over 10000 wins and is at the top of the ranked leaderboards, which needles to say doesn't say much about a player'a skill based on how hard I bopped him once I figured out what he was doing, making him subsequently rage quit and refuse to play me again if we got matched up against each other. Having this said, the way he played made me seriously question WHY, why would anyone want to play a game like this, especially for so long without any change. This also made me think if there will be any characters that cater to this type of behavior in MKX, anyway feel free to reply with any of your thoughts about this and possibly some answers if you can think of them (cause I sure can't).
P.S This is my first post so sorry if its too long or whatever and thanks taking the time to read it.
This is the ps4 ranked match experience condensed to a single post. Well this and shitty Deathstrokes plus a few fraudquamans.Oh goody! A thread for me to use my handy-dandy scrub guide.

Posts like this are why people think the FGC is full of children. Is it really impossible to answer his post without calling him a scrub? People have different skill ceilings, and maybe his is that he has problems with Deathstroke.Really, TYM? Really?

Stop being such an ass and give him actual advice; calling him names and repeating how bad he is at the game is teaching him absolutely nothing.
At least when you called him a scrub you gave him some tips; thank you. The accuracy in this is ridiculous, especially on PSN. I never see anything outside Scorpion, Green Arrows who sit full screen with arrow spam, and Batman J2. It's pretty hilarious really.Oh goody! A thread for me to use my handy-dandy scrub guide.
