The issues with connections, is that perhaps ubisoft refuses to use dedicated servers. I mentioned this earlier in the thread

How do I deal with assassins rolling backwards every time they're minus with Warlord? Seems like the only thing I can do is a yolo dash forward heavy.

so what's some good starter tips in this game?
Trying to counter an attack and then doing your own attack?
LP attack from left and then next attack from right?
LP attack guardbreak HP attack?

For tips generally if you block a light attack its now your "turn" as blocked lights get blown away. If you block a heavy they can keep going however, a thing to keep in mind.

And yeah you should def be mixing up your attacks, a new angle each time.

As for what works off guardbreaks I made this vid:

Am i doing wardens vortex wrong it seems like all you have to do is back dash and roll out to get out of it am i missnig something here.

And does anyone have any tips how to fight nobushi i hate that character fast attacks and so much reach would greatly appreciate it

Well the thing with the vortex is you don't always got room for a backdash, and if you are a bit slow it can get bopped, But generally speaking yeah if you have room and are quick on the draw you can roll out.

Nobushi just walk and block in, her moves are slow.

So it looks like Orochi players have remembered what made that character top tier in the alpha. Turtle then just deflect back stab all day.

I would try resetting his Xbox and even his router if need be. If that doesn't work, there is an IP conflict with someone in your group and he might have to open ports or turn off his encryption completely to get it working. If the resets don't work, its going to take some time while your buddy weeds his way through - or he needs a pro to do it for him.

Do both the Basic and Advanced Training. Then, try every character against a level 1 bot until you feel out who you like. Then, either play the story, go right online, use the advanced training to work on parries and guard break/throw counters, or work on BnB's vs a level 0 bot.

So if I parry someone and then guardbreak, I know it's guaranteed, but can they tech it? No one online does but that may have something to do with them all sucking
