I just started using him. He's easy to use and win with honestly. And he fits my play style and he's a badass Samurai with a Katana, lol

I just love this game. I'm able to hold off ganks for a good amount of time now if my opponents aren't creative.

not sure about PS4 but on xbox you can go to the setting-devices-controller and map buttons

Is this game hitbox friendly because during the tutorial in the beta I had to switch to my controller.

And if so can I or is there a way around using LS *left stick* on it. Hitboxes don't really support that sort of thing and I would hate to go back to my TE2 or use my elite controller on it.

Just fought that character and what a cheap pos. Its like he has armor on everything. Its like fighting an invasion boss in MK. I dont see why people are saying Conq is super good attacks are slow and has a pitiful GB. You can guard stance but that takes stamina which he needs. Idk getting really frustrated right now, email Tom Brady.

I had a team of bots vs a team of guys partied up. I just wanted to see how long I could last. Conqueror is a defensive fortress. Sorry the vid isn't edited. Just jump forward a bit.

cause its the samurai

like kensei is samurai too, but orochi is a lot easier to play and doesn't need the nuance and technique of the kensei soooo

I'd say roughly half the people I play are orochi in duels.

Oh on top of being samurai, orochi is also kinda a ninja so there's that.

You get more experience which gets you increasingly better items.

Let them come to you. He's all about locking down a spot. Just be ready to counter guard breaks and keep practicing your blocking skills. He's the only character in the game that can effectively defend against multiple attackers at once.

Warlord is also really good. He definitely has a better offense. He's not the defensive fortress Conqueror is though.

You need to use both sticks or keyboard + mouse to play. It's not really a fighting game, at least in the traditional sense

Btw for the boxes. Don't open any until after at least your first prestige. You get guaranteed two level 7 gear items in the premium boxes once you prestige, so it's waste to open them before you prestige at least once.

Must be nice to fight people who don't know to dodge the unblockable or parry it.

For me when I fight people its a many layer guessing game on the cancels unless they are smart enough to backroll then I gotta add the layer of feint unblockable dash forward helmsplitter to catch the backroll.

Yeah, he's a noob killer for sure. Haven't used him or gone against him enough to say much more though.

If you closely watch the red indicator it actually gives you the parry window right there. Regardless of how fast/slow the attack is, right before it connects the red indicator actually flashes briefly, that is your parry window.

4v4 is definitely the bum mode.

Its fun though.
