I find this thread absolutely hilarious. Honestly.
Call me old-fashioned, but I really look at the current crop of fighting game players and shake my head in sheer disappointment. But it's not their fault really, NRS patching the game every other week leads to this sense of entitlement whenever they go up against something they can't handle. Instead of learning to deal with stuff and finding creative ways round it, they just attribute it to the fact that the character they're having trouble with is 'OP', and stick to this mindset. They know going on forums and making enough threads complaining will eventually result in that character getting 'normalized' (whatever the fuck that shit means).
Predator has been out for a grand total of six days. SIX DAYS. Fact is, you don't know anything about the matchup yet. It's hard to believe, I know, but trust me, you don't. All I see are knee-jerk reactions. The only variation I think has exploitable BS is Hunter, but given enough time I'm sure a counter will be figured out. He's a solid character all round, but I guess we're not allowed to have that in an NRS game. Some characters will be better than others, it's the way it has always been, the way it is, the way it will always be.
