General/Other - Kitana EVERYTHING Kitana needs in kp2 patch

Normals:

D+1 to be 7 frames and +5 on hit
Standing 2 to be a mid
Back 2 to be either 13 or 14 frames (or better yet redone completely)

Assassin:

Parry to be 2 frames on start up maximum and able to parry any physical hit for the first 8 frames.

Assassins rush- to be run cancel able or to have armor throughout

Sharpen to allow her to slice through armored specials(personal wish list. sharpened metal can do that lol) or to have faster startup.

Royal Storm:

Reflect: start up to be 5 frames (rediculous that this move can't be used on reaction. It's a reflect FFS)

Mournful: normals with the staff and call it a day.

Kitana can do sick as fuck juggles off of anything in all her variations, RS being the best at it apparently.
The catch is that I don't feel I could execute that in a real match.
Most assasin combos can do 1% more due to less scaling on lift. And all Kitana combos are very easy to do, there are some very simple rules for all of them. You must be very loyal to the princess to convert them like 99% of the time (like we do)
