I know but there are too much normal players in this rank...in my opinion there are more american players only because they do more offline tournament than EU!!
So it isn't an absolute rank but a "maxpoints" rank...

I mean just watching Canada Cup, he dominated everyone. Not only did he win, he basically 3-0'd everyone. That was like Franco at Rumble in Tundra, except even more dominating. I thought it was pretty impressive, but you're right maybe one tournament wasn't enough to go off of

Yeah I can agree with the dominant performance but at the end of the day, it's only a regional and it's only one tournament. I ranked players based on consistency

I don't think Cowboy would have dominated Canada Cup like that if he was there. He would have at least lost a game or two, or probably would have lost to Hayatei

Well this top 50 wasn't only based on consistency, it's skill too. That's where the dominating matters, and the being able to beat certain people.

If this list were based of purely consistency and nothing else, Cowboy wouldn't be in the top 10 on this list

A general way of how I rated:
90-100 : Extremely consistent top 8 placer/winner of a major/multiple
80-89 : Consistent top 8 placer
70-79 : Placed top 8 at at least 1 major
60-69 : Highly skilled player, might have got a top 8 at a less recent major or regional
50-59 : A good player

> 50 Shouldn't be on the list

A few things might have affected my judgement but that's generally it. I tried to determine how stacked different tournaments were as well when considering weight.
