Today we got a tease of Nightwolf’s boot and axe, so of course I needed to come straight here and give you the 10 minute video you deserve! If you zoom in and compare, it most definitely looks like Shang’s default costume. The gold shoulders (including the shape), the pants (look where it’s bunches up right above the knee), the bracers, the open chest... just everything. Face only looks different because of the shadows.

 

Always been a fan of Nightwolf since MK3. Sindel I started liking a lot in 9(although I played her in 3 as well to troll people with flying) when she iced everyone cause killing a lot of people is a very respectable thing to do.

I really hope they play similarly to how they do in UMK3. Namely Nightwolf’s shoulder charge and anti air Axe capabilities, and Sindel’s instant air downwards diagonal fireball and her scream that stuns the opponent. Would even be cool if she had her flight and flight cancels back from UMK3.

I love these two in that game so I just have high hopes for them.

I'm excited for both Sindel and Nightwolf. Nightwolf is one of my long time fave
And has always been unique and cool.

Nightwolf:
Hope he has:

• Shoulder Charge (With Pushback).
• Axe moves and special that has a huge hitbox to anti air and stuff grounded moves.
• turns into a Wolf someway somehow.
• has a cool Shaman/Tribal look in at least one skin.

Sindel:

• instant air diagonal fireball
• leg kicks in a string that hits low
• cartwheel kicks that hit overhead but knock down.
• Scream that has hitstun or restands
• Hair Whip Special with massive range (mid or high or low idc)
• flight cancels

If any of this is added I'll have co-mains or definite pockets for the rest of MK11

 

I can't wait for Nightwolf's comeback! I miss the classics.

I thought Shang too but it looks like he has a mask on or something... Can't tell if it's a gray mast or just blurry face.
Though I think the fans do a much better job at these wild, hidden speculations/hype than NRS actually does

 

Typical of NRS fans we finally get another tease and some of us are saying we wish it was someone else lol. Atleast no one has used this thread as a spring board to cry about Mileena or say how they still hope Rain is in the game.

the MK crying is just out of hand now. I swear I've never seen one games player base complain SO MUCH on a game so early. Will you guys just quit already and go to another game, some of us are busy enjoying this.

But jeez, how the f*ck can ppl complain about his stupid green axes. You've literally only seen a part of a screenshot. There's no reason to be angry... at all... and even if his axes never turn green. Who cares... as long as he's fun to play as it'll be perfectly fine. So tired of the entitlement some mk fans think they have.

If we follow NRS reveal/release tendencies, then if we got a Nightwolf tease on June 28th, we should have a full reveal trailer no later than September 14th.

 

While I love Shang and glad he's in the game. The other mk dlc characters is what I was waiting for.

They have my money for the game and kombat pack etc, i can say whatever i want about that axe. I don't like it, it's awfull and bad looking and it stinks! xD
