No,but Raiden has the fastest mid in the game.

Did I miss anything? Because in my book there's nothing special about 8f mid (discounting pokes because those aren't stellar on a Raiden as well), and in fact aforementioned 7f low is a faster and better "mid" anyway - just an example.
