I need halp guise, I picked up Grundy and I have a few questions

How do I WCC back to back? I always end up blocking or getting something else.

Should I always reset when I land an MB SH? Is there any reason not to?

Best tools for playing the neutral game?

Practice, Practice, Practice. You probably are going to fast and lose the momentum of doing the input.

Or if the swamp hands was full screen.

2 is tied for his 2nd fastest normal and it's 12 frames. You can cancel into most specials but I would only cancel to ex swamphands/WC.
The neat thing about 2 WC is that if the opponent doesn't react at all... well...
2(hit) WC will hit
2(block) WC will still hit
However, 2 exSwamphands will give you plenty of time to j2, b1~trait.

When ya get a full screen swamphands... DASH LIKE YOU'VE NEVER DASHED BEFORE, you at least have a guaranteed trait grab.

This is great idea...or if it gave him constant grave rot for extra damage and armor break instead of just more damage.

Keep him up. Mike is right in everything he said.

I like playing him around mb wcc.

I do this by doing kabal like pressure with 2 wcc. 1 wcc f1 wcc 11 and 111wcc.
2 is also +3 on block without being canceled so I just throw it out in th neutral game and option select cleaver. On hit I will either take the hard knockdown for pressure or mb for a full combo or corner carry.

2wc and 2 cleaver is in itself a 50/50 that gives you at least 25% and a hard kd for setup 50/50. My pressure always revolves around this. I only do reset damage if I'm going for kill and they have 60ish health left. I many times won't do my trait grab until the end of the first round in irder to maintain pressure with hard kd.

This strat goes out the window if I'm playing chase and they are jump happy. Then I go for resets and trait grabs much more often.

The armor break in grave rot only happens when the "tic" hitbox area connects with the opponent during his armor active frames. This s what makes the stack of mb and reg grave rot valuable. More tics = better chance to break armor

My favorite MU in the world is against lex.

GR beats his trait but if he gets trait active first then it's too big a risk to activate it. But if GR is active it nullifies his and I can pressure with WCC all day. It's a fun cat and mouse game that changes sides many times throughout a match.

You can but it's still hard. You have to cancel in the opposite direction. AND many times it's hard to fact too.

If they follow it with mb b3 after you block you can WCC and full combo punish. This is fun.

It's the jumpy air dash ones that give me trouble cause I miss my air grabs.
