Seriously bro is this your first fighting game? Because if you honestly picked up a grappler and didn't expect to get zoned out I honestly don't know what to tell you. If it really bothers you so much that people run away and "spam projectiles" I doubt grapplers are for you.
i've no idea what this means. Solomon Grundy doesn't exist in any other fighting game, nor does any other game play like this (even MK), so what does it matter?

The problem in this game is the ridiculous intensity of zoning. Did Nightwing, for example, really need batarangs AND shock charge? Really?
The game is designed in such a way that 90% of a character's moves are shut down easily. What use are half his moves entirely when they are no use at any kind of range? WC whiffs badly and is easily punished given that many characters can abuse the size of the maps or even stay airborne and attack. SH is shut down by people repeatedly jumping but are too far away to make use of Grundy's AA moves.
Consequently the game jsut becomes a tedious exercise in trying to do one thing: reach your opponent. There's zero interaction. I expected Grundy to be more enjoyable than this.
