I am not 100% sure how throws work in injustice, but I think no matter how + you are, a throw can be teched. In fact injustice is pretty nuts when it comes to teching: You can actually get thrown out of, let's say zod charge, and you can still tech the throw. You will see the start up animation of the charge, then the opponent throwing you, then the tech. So whenever you wake up with a a move, you should tech as an option select too, as it will work if they throw you on wake up.
As for NJ3 22, d12 xx laser MB: All good except for d12 xx MB laser which will have a big gap on block unless you can cover it with a trait slash.
