Balancing Updates Do Not Save To Hard Drive On Xbox 360!

Currently I'm not able to get the balance updates on PS3. I'm assuming this is because PSN is down, but I was able to get the 1.01 update with no issue.

Does anyone know if the balance save file is transferable to another PS3? I'd prefer not having to wait for PSN to come back up to get it if possible.

Reposting this from my reply to the front page thread about the new patch:

It would seem that the balance updates work offline now. I logged out, restarted my console, and tested kano's low and ermac's unblockable trap and B&B. All of these reflected the changes made in the last few hot fixes while offline. I wonder if they fixed the hotfix issue or if they just included all these balance updates in the patch?

If you are on Version 0.136S-226 or above, they should work offline on both consoles now.

beware, if you clear your system cache, the patch balance fixes will be gone and it will prompt when you log in again to download it.

last night i try to play offline in xbox360 and the pacht was there. anyone can confirm that is fixed the issue of not having the patch offline in xbox360? cause it is important to use this console in offline tournaments

Disconnected from XBL now...Quan Chi can't do b31+2 xx trance still, like in the balance updates. So yes, the patch corrected the update issue.

YES THE PATCH STAYS OFFLINE but DONT clear your system cahe.

Hi I play xbox offline and I'm not playing HANTES problem simply have to put the console in online to register the ubdate and not everything goes well. At least these last months has given me no problem in a matter of ubdate.zi:

i dont clear the cache at all or nothing similar and yesterday for a tournament cant use the dlc characters and the pacht on xbox360. i tried in june and i can but yesterday not. i dont know the reason. i dont clear the cache or something like that. the data of mk never touch. we have to run the whole tournament in ps3 because of that.
