Yes. sounds cool. Even though there will be or have been mods to accomplish the same things but... As far as console version before the creation kit mods become available, it will be a welcome addition.

Why I chose to avoid it. I am used to better editors from FC2 or Trials. Waiting to check it out on PC when I get one. Hopefully console mods or updates will fix some of the frustration within the vanilla version.

Don't quote me on this, because I've never used the editor too extensively but, from what I've seen. Think you'll need floors to accomplish that, which can be removed afterwards.
