I wish it were the case... But I'm telling you guys.. There is no tech out there for Harley..

With the incoming improvement on her trait, "proper" or "lucky" pulls (ie: dynamite when needed) will have some new things to work out.. But Harley cannot be considered a "zoner" or "Rushdown" character.. You need to know how to use her in both Rushdown and Zoning.. Know how to make reads and utilize the hell out of B3/F3... Start out zoning and make THEM work to you.. Punish the hell of their advances, put them back to full screen and then repeat..
Be solid from far, then solid when they get in close...

No one is going to come to camp Harley and re-invent the character... I wish it could happen, but she is what she is... An unconventional hybrid.. For better or worse.

I see what you're saying but a lot of what makes a character successful in a game like Injustice is learning Match-Ups and having more people looking in to Harley's unfavorable Match-Ups instead of counterpicking will definitely help expand on the character.

Joker isn't under any radars here. Harley outdamages him, has damaging mix ups, can zone far more effectively, and just has an answer for a lot of the crazy crap that's out there.

Joker on the other hand doesn't have any significant mix ups outside the corner, has no meterless damage, his teeth mix ups can all be avoided with a tech roll into a backdash or wake up moves anywhere outside the corner, can be zoned out even more easily than Harley, and is overall just a flawed and poorly designed character. He isn't getting top 8 in any major.

That is correct.. And it will be in learning the percentages of how, where and when to fight those characters more so than... "OHHHHH!! B2,2xxTS1xxB3,2222222111111 for teh win vs BA!!!!!"

Edit: So newcomers to Camp Harley can shine light on bad MU's.. But to think that people are going to be creating 70% combos mid-screen on the constant with Quinn as "teching" are just smoking crack..

Unfortunately true.. Suffers the same fate from MKvsDCU.. You would think they would have learned...
I think Joker will end up being on the major side of some buffs and may be viable yet.

Make his cans faster, crowbar safer, boom, B tier at least. His tools are great; his frame data isn't.

I played SaltFace, he's in my clan. Best Harley out there IMO and she's got some nice sleeper potential.

Maybe. People say the same shit all the time though about mid-low tier. People were saying that about Harley too.

I would love to see some new MU strategies - always welcome. I bet a lot of players dismissed her because of her initial tier listing - if they ocome over maybe they can give some insights from their other mains. BA, Superman are huge pains - DS is still annoying as hell for me. The tough part of learning her is going through those tough matches as they are incredibly frustrating.

I get what you mean, but this is a special case. I personally never saw Harley as a bad character, but for Joker the frame data just isn't there. Too slow and punishable on too many things, not enough to compensate.

Brace yourself for the incoming new harley players. But I say welcome to the club. Also I miss the stream kicking myself for not supporting my fellow Harley's (feels like a Super Bowl right now) but I was a local tournament myself and took first with our girl:) but is final tomorrow.

Sab... There are multiple lightning strikes here at this event man... Good players, a relative unknown/slept on character...excellent execution and momentum equal the placements.. Not to mention a pocket Scorpion or two don't hurt matters... I am not by any means taking anything away from Salt or Deg..they are possibly the best Quinn's out there.. But this one tournament don't mean shit..and does not suddenly put her on the "nerf" or "S tier" list... When players can consistently bring home major victories with her.. Then as can be considered legit.. Til then.. Outstanding gameplay by outstanding players

Hey, I've been a Harley Secondary since day...okay, not sure which day but it was early.

Secondary she remains but now at least I can feel better when I'm training her on the side when I got my Nightwing work in.

The fact that people are putting her on that list is making me crack up so bad. I've been saying "Nerf Harley!" since day they nerfed her as a JOKE. Come to find out.
