I've been saying NERF HARLEY since day 1! Hahahahaha. People shouldn't sleep on her.

@Saltface is my hero, Going against REO's Scorpion with Harley. Some GREAT air-gunshot reads. I think @Saltface elminated Pig's Sinestro too (which is not an easy matchup for Harley). Awesome stuff man!

The funny thing is that the only thing that's changed about Harley is her trait is USABLE now. Apparently that makes her S Tier. From being Bottom/Mid tier before. Shouldn't have slept on HARLEEN!

Nah she's getting a few more buffs too. Hurtbox on her uppercut (d+2) increased/re-worked as well as the damage scaling after her Super.

That could be a good thing though in figuring out new tech. While I liked the whole "under the radar" aspect, it'll be nice to see people REALLY spending some time picking through her.

For real. I didn't want to be the first to say it as I'm trying to be positive but DEG was counterpicking some key match-ups with Scorpion where Saltface stuck with Harley.
