I hope so.. downplay him. I just feel that's how I see doomsday play online,offline, tourney play, and I'm like "REALLY! THERE'S MORE TO THIS THEN 2c,Earth saker, throw, Super nova, with occasional 3,3, SuperNova." I really want to know because I want to help my doomsday player ( he doesn't check TYM as much as I).

Maybe you need better fundamentals.

And I'm not joking. You would rather just zone all day if the game allowed you to do so, but it doesn't. Deal with it.

Learn to play the mid-screen footsie game, understand the value of your strings, and mix people up. Finish combos by leaving your opponent full screen, and learn how to use clash. But for the love of god STOP DOWNPLAYING!

I do find it pretty funny when the game first came out, he was considered almost top tier, REO said the more people learn to fight him he'll be slowly sliding down the tier list. He's still definitely good, but the only reason he seemed so powerful at first was because like you said it only takes 3 minutes to learn how to play him because he is a pretty simplistic character with good specials. But because of his basic playstyle limitations I don't see him becoming much more scary than he already is while everyone else develops for the better with more elaborate strategies and set ups. I'm trying to make up some interesting set ups for him, just to be a little different but it doesn't always work out.

To be fair there were quite a few comments in those threads that complained that Deathstroke guns were unfair, and your sentenced can be so easily reversed just by changing a few words lol
